Data We Collect

Locally Stored Data

AppAdvize stores data in your browser's localStorage to persist your preferences between sessions. This includes:

• Playbook progress (which steps you've completed)
• Quiz answers and results

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser storage removes it entirely.

Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you periodic updates about tool reviews, stack updates, and relevant deals. We do not sell or share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which pages are most visited). These tools do not track individual users across sites and do not use advertising cookies.

Affiliate Links

AppAdvize includes affiliate links to software tools. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our tool scores or editorial recommendations — all ratings are independent.

Affiliate links use tracking parameters (e.g. ?via=appadvize) so that partner companies can attribute referrals.

Cookies & Tracking

AppAdvize does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use localStorage (not cookies) for persisting your in-app preferences. Third-party services linked from AppAdvize (e.g., software tools you visit via affiliate links) have their own privacy policies and may use cookies independently.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• GoHighLevel — newsletter email delivery and subscriber management.
• Vercel — website hosting and CDN. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

Your Rights

Since most data is stored locally in your browser, you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage or site data. For newsletter subscriptions or any other data requests, contact us at hello@actyra.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were most recently made.
